Mega Gripe

so i have been living in this apartment for a little over a year now. it wasent so bad when it was just the boyfriend and i, but we now have an almost 4month old baby! the slum-lord is ridiculous! 1. lets himself in the house 2. let all the utilities get shut of in august while i was pregnant! 3. changes the amount of rent due each month! 4. never fixes anything!(no cold water in kitchen! hole in celling! celling fan/light in living room shot sparks for almost 6monts before it was fixed! for the entire winter we had to turn the heat on and off by connecting wires!bathroom sink leaks! ivy growing into the kitchen and basement! we have to sort all of his mail! he will start a project and take months to finish it! changes the lease! and much more that i cannot think of!) ~he may seem like a super nice guy when you met him but trust me DO NOT rent from him! we are being evicted and its sorta our fault but all the things we have had to deal with and now he has the nerve to throw us out! he even at one point threatened to put us it the moldy basement! do your self a favor and stay away from JERRY T. DAWSON at all costs!
