109 vinal st wittenberg WI 54499 this bilding is uninhabitable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the bildig has a rotten suport beam that i persunaly told the land lord abought for 3 years now the cealing in the basement saggs 1st flore you can put your arme under the wall 2nd flor & 3rd flor the stress damige is crazy the bilding has black mold the bilding has venumus spiderd the fondation is unsicur it faild fire inspections the 2nd flor patio celing dry wall keeps falling becouse he refuses to fix the roof the base ment fluds with over 6 inches of watter evey time it rains or the snow melts the maine electric is being shut off with in the next 4 days which in the lease the land lord covers, the watter is being shut off this weekend and the garboge hasent bean picked up in 3 months the bilding has 7 units and there is $6000.00 in un paid bills that the land lord is responsabull for no one in the bilding is behind on rent some are 3 months ahead on the rent and 7 units @ $585.00 is 50 thosend dollers a year and he cant pay the bills or keep the bilding safe Nathen Peaters/preamear propertys aka majestic investments... are nuthing more than slum loards and shold not be aloude to have property that others nead to live in
