Mr Bowers put plainly is a fraud. He holds himself out as an animation company, shows work which I doubt is his, showcases work on his website takes a deposit and simply doesn't perform the work at all. Mr. Bowers received a sizeable deposit from out company and did not deliver anything zero. Upon demanding the work or a deposit Mr. Bowers was unable to be reached and insisted on a kill fee, of 75%. Mr. Bowers is a sham and scam artist, I would highly recommend you pass on any of his services.
