Mega Gripe

He have no responsibility with the building he never fix or keep maintenance as well, he have the people living there with no water at all an he never answer the calls, he dose not pay his bills, the only thing he is interested is the rent money, the place is crawling with mice he dose not care at all, the worst is that city hall done nothing at all, his own sister live there and he dose not care at all an there children living there this guy interest is just the money nothing else matter for him the building it self is in bad condition,it is positive lead in the paint pluming and electrical are all wrong the electrical service is working with 1 breaker feeding 5 rooms, that is living room,bedrooms, kitchen, the hallway outside that mean the people there are baying for the building light bill, basment is a mease,old oil heater born more oil then hiting the appartment,water heater are small and is at your gas bill on top of all he neever replase the the stove and refregerrators all that in this plase is old and nothing work well I have lost 4 TV since I'm here a coffee maker a desktop computer, and A/C system, and God know what more is to be lost, I dinade to pay no more rent ask him for a 48 notice to get emergency shelter he dinide me that right feal in showing up in court twise and still dinide me to give me my 48 hourse notice, I have no job now I need to get the hell out of here becouse of this guy aministraition of the the building negligent in all his duties
