Mega Gripe

I started renting from Trone rentals in may of this year. I was showed 3 properties and ask to choose from 1 of the three. I chose a nice townhouse with a cheaper rent. I was told to bring in my check and we could start the lease signing. When I arrived with the check, after they had it in their hands they told me they had rented out that property and it was no longer available so which of the 2 left had I decided on (note these properties were 1000.00 compared to the 800.00 of the property I originaly wanted) So we were really needing a place so I caustiously accepted the brand new townhouse. Since I have moved in I have had nopthing but major problems with these people. For starters we have 3 toddlers which they knew when they rented to us, and they showed up on my doorstep to tell me that the childen could not play in the driveway or either front or back of lawn! I was outraged so they told me there is a park about 4 blocks away take the children there to play. My children are 2 3 and 4 yes i could take them to the park like 2 days a week but they are hard to handle! We have a very big family and a lot of them came to visit we are not talking young teenyboppers we are talking married settled couples! They had come to complain again telling me that I was only aloud to have 2 visitors at a time...now these family members were not spending the night they had just come to visit! since our children werent aloud to play basically anywhere on the property you would think they could still play on our back patio right? WRONG! The landlord came and complained that the cement was getting dirty and we were going to have to swith properties sign a whole new lease through them, if you could have seen the place they took me! It smelled like mold mildew and *censored*! I refused the property and it has been hell ever since then! They actually sit across from my house at 11 at night and watch our every moves! They drive by numerous times a day and just stare at our property. we thought if we pay 2 months of rent in advanced they would leave us alone.... nope the day we paid they came later that afternoon and again complained about the cement!!!! I got fed up told them this is harrassment and I didn't want to bothered over such frivulous things anymore! well they left us alone for a little while. Then it was time to pay rent After the 1st of the month you have to pay a 75 dollar late fee. That means on the second you are paying 75$. We have until after the 5th before they file any kind of compalint so on the fifth I dropped off our check for out october rent ....The next day I recieved an eviction notice due to continually late rent being a nuissance to landlord/tenent,and noise complaints! NOw when they told us about our visitors in june we did not want to be kicked out so we obeyed their 2 people allowed rule.. so their was no noise my husband works late so he wasn't around the only noice was uncontrollable when you are dealing with 3 young children. I advise anybody who reads this does not take on Trone rental property you will regret it. They will torment you. I had ppl tell me the same thing and I didn't listen. now I regret it
