Mega Gripe

I rent a one bedroom apartment on the third floor in a housing coop. I am on section 8. My neighbor below me has five foot speakers and every morning I am awakened at 4 a.m. to loud bass and sub woofers vibrating my floors and walls. He also has a roommate whose room is directly under my bedroom. This *censored* also has large speakers and often has them on at 2 and 3 a.m. Both tenants are Spanish and do not speak English. The landlords were rude, inexperienced and incompetent in the handling of my complaints. They refused to do anything and after much argueing back and forth, the skaggy, creepy hulk like *censored* manager told me I was hearing things, due to my medical issues. I am on disability, and she does not know what my disability is! So I responded to her by telling her in so many words, that she was a liar, incompetent and full of Sh... The Manager (Male) is also a creepy character who chain smokes and lies to me and other tenants. One day he says he will move me to another apartment and then the next day he has none available. He says he will turn their electricity off and then he calls them sons of *censored*, cut nothing as of yet has been done to stop this noise. The Police do nothing, the Landlords do nothing and meanwhile these rude, disrespectful neighbors keep doing their thing!!!
