The Complaint:
I have been going to the same Doctor for over 10 years and every time I schedule an appointment to see him I end up waiting for at least 40-60 minutes each time. I know Doctors are busy people and emergencies happen. But when you have a scheduled appointment how can you never get seen on time, especially when the appointment was made 1-2 months in advance? They should start scheduling their time better to keep their patients from having these long waiting periods?, this really needs to become more of a priority for these Doctors.
