The Complaint:
Read this and you may avoid a ripoff costing thousands of dollars! Frank is a very pushy salesman. He will come to your house and show you how the ?3M Prestige 70 Film? will block out solar heat and keep your house cooler. He will put a heat lamp behind regular glass and show you how hot it is. He then puts the same lamp behind a piece of glass protected by the ?3M Prestige 70 Film? and you don't feel much of that heat. Then he will give you an estimate and bombard you with phone calls every few hours. If you sign up, a couple of older ladies will eventually show up to install some film (you don't really know which kind) on your windows. They will install the film, scribble some Spanish on the invoice (they don't speak any English), take their money, and leave. And then - SURPRISE! When the sun hits your window - IT IS JUST AS HOT AS IT USED TO BE! So you just paid a couple of thousand dollars to Frank and Miami Dade Window Tinting and all you got was a handshake and a "neat lamp trick."
