Mega Gripe

I was buying a cake at Safeway and wanted it to say, "Happy Birthday Annie? on it. I had to wait a long time for Michael Restivo, the manager, to come to the cake counter because the regular cake person was gone. What he wrote looked terrible and sloppy. I was disappointed and said that I wanted to buy another cake instead. He decided to give me the cake that he spoiled for free so he took the cover from a nearby cake and tried to use it. It didn't fit and smashed the cake. Then he panics and begins frantically pulling containers out of the supply cabinet. So I said, "Don't worry, I'm not getting that cake anyway. I'll just get this one here." It was at this point that the guy just cracked! He started waving his arms and yelling, ?Get out of this store! You are very rude to my staff! Leave this store! I will call security!? Everyone around us begins staring. I was so embarrassed. Michael Restivo abused me. He does not deserve to be a manager if he cannot even manage his own anger.
