The Complaint:
time warner was suppose to hook up phone lines,cable,and r.r.internet. results: T/V channels did't work right...finally fixed phone is still not working over 8 days, my computer started smoking, don't know what to do? can't count how many tech's came to fix all our problems They scheduled the last three appointments and no body showed up.Was supposed to adjust the bill, but did not everything was working before they came.... they left us with a phone not working, wires unhooked, a burned up computer and a screaming wife/ I went insane ???/////""""
