Mega Gripe

We found a house we just loved. It's being sold by the owner agent and from what she told us, she just wants to get rid of it. So the very next day after we viewed the house, she calls us telling us that she has another offer that she accepted. We decide to hire a realtor to see what we could do. He does some checking and finds out that she does NOT have an offer on the house in writing. So we put in an offer in writing. A very good offer I might add. Gave her 3 days to pretty much decide on what she's going to do. Fiance called our realtor today and come to find out, she told him that once again, she showed the house to someone else and got another offer (after ours) and accepted theirs. This made me and my fiance angry b/c it sounds exactly what she had said to us before. We REALLY want this house, but not so much to have to deal with this crazy idiot.
