The Complaint:
He has taken me to houses that are already sold.
He doesn't know how long houses have been on the market.
He doesn't seem to know much about the houses.
I was on my way to put a bid on a house and he called me last minute to tell me that there had already been two bids on the house and they were much more than I was offering. Shouldn't he know that much more in advance?
I felt pressured to put a bid on a house ASAP when only my girlfriend had a chance to look at it. Once I had the chance to look at it I called him to make an offer right away (which was a friday) and he wanted me to wait until after the weekend because he was busy with personal things.
