Leonard has multiple felony convictions and over 2 dozen unsatisfied civil judgments. PSPJ.OB was his latest pump and dump where he used his son Kyle (bar bouncer in real life) as the "president". Leonard and Kyle allegedly dumped millions of shares on the unsuspecting investors and then buried the tracks in multiple lawsuites against former business partners, false posts in chat rooms etc.
