Mega Gripe

Baycom h no clu about custome service. I went ith them for my brodband ervice tht they told me would work in my area. Well it didnt they ened up putting a giant antanne on my roof that looks like crap. That didnt work so i called them to cancel my service and take there antanne down. This wa 6 months ago. I have made about 25 calls to Rich the man in charge and he will not return my calls. Baycom you suck and i have told everyone i know not to deal with your company.
