The Complaint:
What a joke! Worst provider of any service I have ever used in my life! Internet is constantly disconnecting and laggy, and whenever I call to complain nothing ever gets done. Being forced to use your service as my only means of connecting to the internet while waiting for Verizon DSL was the worst hell of my life. The fact that you have an entire Facebook group devoted to unrelenting hate towards your company experienced by all your customers should be a serious wake up call to get your embarrassing act together.
