The Complaint:
I went to trade my "new" Envy2 in because I could not text on it and they traded me a cheesy motorola Q9. I asked if this was the best phone for me because I text alot and they said yes. I got my first bill after trading in my phone and it was $320.86, they failed to tell me that because of the "blackberry" features, I would be charged for sending and accepting picture messages. When I called to ask if I could trade this in for a normal phone, they told me I needed to bring not less than $100.00 because the phone is a piece of crap and they aren't worth anything. So that take my phone that I paid $250.00 for and give me a pile of crap. People be aware of what you are getting from them. Ask a dealer within your phone company if the phone is worth what you will be paying for it...
