The Complaint:
Circulation and distribution fraud.
Tim fired all of his route delivery drivers last year so he could save money. He also cut the amount of papers he printed and reduced his circulation area while advertising boldly on his front page a 13 county distribution area - when its only 8 counties that he distributes to.
He utilizes the fact that his ciculation is un-audited to rip off advertisers.

Yep. Tim Cahalan has a long history of being a crook. He cheats and steals from anyone he can, even family members.

I agree that Timothy Cahalan is a crook. He cheated his employees by not paying them. There is even a lawsuit in Jasper County against him.
