The Complaint:
When we purchased our nissan, this company bent over backwards to insure that we were happy. They insured us that we could have our oil changed every 3000 miles or 90 days, which ever came first. To include a wash job. This went on for some time, until my warranity ran out. Then they refused to change to oil, even after 8 months. I was informed by thier service manager that he was not going to change my oil until his new 4000 miles policy was met no matter how long it took. I am a military retired individual and do not drive much. I have a registered complaint with the BBB on this. It is Bad for the rest of the personnel that was sold a vehicle with the same sales pitch. My wife took the auto to the dealership and was made to waite for over 45 minutes just to be told that she needed to rotate the tires, change to air filter, but they were not going to change the oil. People be ware this is not a dealership that stands behind its sales promises.

Rude and very unprofessional service personell.
Trying to sell you repairs and services that not really needed.BEWARE!!!!!!!
