The Cherokee Nation uses their sovereign immunity to avoid liability at every turn, and uses their power to deny employees the very basic of rights. They have no workers' comp policy to speak of, and are continuing to rape the public of money, while telling citizens of the nation that they are broke and can't help anyone.
