The Complaint:
I took my car to this place to have it painted. I was told that it would be (and have an estimate) for $2400 to have the body and paint work done. It ended up being over $3200 and the job was crap. Robert, the manager, claimed to be an owner, wouldn't take my credit card, saying that the terminal didn't work. The owner himseld in Hayward stated that it did work and there was no problem in accepting a card and that Robert is not an owner, just merely a manager. To cut a long story short, the paint work was absolute *censored*, and they will not stand behind their work or so called guarantee. I spoke to the owner Wayne, in Hayward, CA, and he said the he would have a field manager come and see me the third week in September. Here it is, 11/2/09 and I have yet to see or hear from any field manager and my phone calls go unreturned.
