The Complaint:
My boss has an awfully horrible bad breath. It stinks like dead rats when he talks to me. The odor is so extremely strong and intense that i almost puked but barely held it from coming out.
I don't know what he eats or where he puts his mouth, but its just way toooo gross.
Other coworkers feel the same way, but nobody has guts to tell him because they fear they will offend the boss.

It's not always what you eat that gives you bad breath. It could be poor dental hygeine !
