Mega Gripe

My folks are involved with a guy who owns 25% of a general partnership (GP) business, and this guy is constantly undermining everything about the business - he's not doing his job, canceling patient appointments, and "hiding" checks that come in to this (already failing) business. To "legally" ditch him, we'd need to pay off his investment of $10k, but as strapped for cash as everyone is with this thing, that's not likely.
