The Complaint:
MY LAST RENTERS DESTROYED THE INSIDE OF MY HOUSE!!!!!
My last tenants had been in my rental home for the last 2 years and were always on time with their rent payments. Then suddenly they decided to move and only gave me 2 weeks notice. Pets were not allowed within the home but could be kept outside in the fence area. I went to see what needed done to rent it again and was surprised the tenants had taken off without waiting for me to do a walk through with them. The homes flooring in almost every room was discolored, chewed, torn and smelled of urine. The neighbors informed me they had been keeping 3 puppies in the home for the last 6 months.
