The Complaint:
This boss is the head of the newest candy company called Yummy Gummies. He is a brilliant and creative candy maker. However, he is very eccentric and demanding. He is a perfectionist and demands perfection from all his employees. He insists that all of his employees work 16 hours a day, including weekends and most major holidays. He also demands that all his employees taste all of his candy creations over and over again; however he doesn?t want any feedback about his candy creations. His latest but not greatest candy creation is a lavender and black licorice Gummy Yummy. His candy creations may be sweet but he isn?t sweet.
