Mega Gripe

My business partner is a woman. She takes full advantage of being a female too. Whether her child is sick or she has a headache, she will call to tell me she can't come to work at least a third of the time. She owns part of this business after all. I don't know why she can't get off her behind and get some work done for the good of our company. I can't do it all by myself. This is really getting out of hand. I am thinking of buying her shares and taking over the company myself.
