The Complaint:
I have been cheated out of my security deposit by my landlord. He told me if I repainted the room I had chosen another color for and filled in the holes where I had hung some pictures up, he would give me my full security deposit back of $500. I did everything he asked to the letter. When he came by to inspect it the other day, he was very unsatisfied with my work. He said he could see the purple paint behind the white paint, and he could still see where the holes in the walls were. We will be going to court after I take many pictures to prove my case.
