The Complaint:
This guy comes in late for work every day. Maybe that would be fine in other offices, but in this one, it is quite disruptive. Someone has to unlock the door and relock it every time he enters. It is a hassle especially for those people close to solving a problem to have to stop in the middle and go let him in when he comes to work late. It just doesn't make sense. He knows the problems he is causing, but he doesn't seem to care. It can be an awful headache, but he keeps on showing up half an hour to an hour late. I am going to mention it to the supervisors and see if we can get a handle on the problem.
