The Complaint:
My landlord is such a stickler. He won't ever work with you when you can't make your rent on time. I had one month that I had a family emergency and couldn't pay the rent until the end of the month. I tried to explain this to him, but he threatened to kick me out if I didn't pay my rent that week. I have no idea how he can do that as I have never been late with my rent at all. I don't know why he has to be so unreasonable especially with me. I have always been a great tenant. I don't cause any problems for him. You would think he could be a little nicer sometimes.

Yeah, rent is due when it is due. They have to get paid too, so pay or move.

If the landlord does not pay his debt obligations on time he will lose the property, so do not expect him to give you any more slack then what the ban ...
