The Complaint:
This lady has a dog that won't stop barking at all. It barks during the day and during the night. I have asked her several times to make it be quiet as I cannot sleep because of the dog. I have heard other tenants complain as well. I have all asked her nicely to make the dog be quiet. She just lets him keep on barking. I will soon have to go to the landlord and have him deal with the dog situation. It is becoming unbearable. I am gettng no sleep, and that is ruining my usual cheery disposition. It is also hurting my business as people don't want to deal with a attitude every day.
