The Complaint:
He has harassed my dogs by hanging dead deer heads behind kennel,dead fish, filled in lagoon on my property,car alarm for 10 months and air horn. killed a 9 week old landseer newf with the pain from hearing the alarm. snapped her own neck getting away from pain in ears. shooting rifle infront and behind my fence.burn trash so dogs eyes burn and run. smoke made me sick graded road infront of breeding pen in garage so the females would step on pups barking at noises right in front of house.

sounds like he sucks but why are you breeding dogs in this kind of environment?! It's unfair to the animals!!!
