Mega Gripe

I have rented my apartment with K&G group, Marsol apartments in Mayfield Hts, OH since July of 2007. My contract was a month to month contract which required me to pay an additional $65 every month to not have it signed for the entire year. Since I started living in Marsol apartments, I had faced a lot of difficulties. Marsol Apartments stuff has very poor communicating skills and they never returned my phone calls in the timely manner. Back in December 2007 I was away on a business trip and came home very late that night since my airplane delayed. When I tried to open my apartment, my key wasn't working. I called their emergency hotline and got an answering machine. I left a message and explained the situation. I ended up sleeping in my car since there was no way in to my apartment. K& D group never apologized in front of me for the fact that they did some work in my apartment and lucked my door with a wrong sets of keys that never been provided. There is another occasion that happened recently. I had called the office in regards to some problems I had with my bathroom facet. After a few days they came and fixed it, but left very dirty, oily marks on my bathroom floor, bath tab and the carpet. When I called them to complain they said that I should clean it myself. Marsol Apartments stuff is very unprofessional! They used improper language with me and act with disrespect. I come from a foreign country and I feel disrespected the way they talk to me and constantly put me down. I strongly feel that because of the language barrier they think that they can take an advantage of me! When I was finally done with them and decided to move to a different place, they were giving me a hard time and letting me know that I must notify them 30 days in advance. I missed the 30 days mark by 4 business days and I will be punished by an additional $665!!! I will have to pay this amount while I am not even living on the property! I don?t agree with this rules and I would like to be forgiven 4 days that I was late to notify them of the move. I am whiling to pay an addition 4 days of the August that will be calculated based on the monthly rate and the amount of days in August. I will have to involve other resources and whiling to do anything to rich an agreement. Sincerely,
