The Complaint:
These property managers claimed that they had not received the final payment from a former tenant. The former tenant had disputed the company?s claim, but had finally put a stop on that original check. The former tenant then gave the company a second check. After he did that, he learned that someone from Miller and Desatnik had tried to cash the check that they claimed to have lost.
The company did not issue a formal apology. It did not provide the former tenant with any proof that he had not withheld a payment from his landlord.
