Mega Gripe

An African American employee at this company complained about the Vietnamese employees. She objected to the food that they brought to work each day. The African American female claimed that the smell of that food, food that was warmed in a micro-wave oven, sickened her. This employee did not make a formal complaint to her employer. She complained to another employee, one who was neither Vietnamese nor African American.
