The Complaint:
I have been working for the same insurance company over the last 7 years and have only been out of work two days due to the flu in those 7 years. My co-worker however has only been here 2 years and is lazy and always late to clock in, half of the time we have to finish projects he started and did not complete. When a promotion of office manager came open I thought either I or another dedicated co-worker would receive it. But because the lazy co-worker is the Vice President?s Nephew, they gave him that promotion over more qualified and reliable employees within the company.
