Mega Gripe

I have a co-worker who is not pulling her weight around the office. We are all supposed to keep up with our own mail and own files. She has been falling behind with hers. I have tried to help her out so she won't lose her job, but it is putting a strain on me now. On top of all that, she has been calling in sick the last week and a half, putting an even bigger strain on the rest of us. She is going to have to do something soon or she is going to lose her job.
