Mega Gripe

This man was a terrible business partner. He found a home for sale in Los Angeles County. Then he convinced my husband to partner with him and to submit a down payment on that home, approximately $17,000. Yet neither my husband nor Mr. Parvenu managed to make much money from the rent on that home. Mr. Parvenu did not return any of the money my husband lost on that shady investment.
