The Complaint:
My last tenants had been in my rental home for the last two years and were always on time with their rent payments. Then, suddenly, they decided to move and only gave me two weeks notice. Pets were not allowed within the home but could be kept outside in the fenced-in area. I went to see what needed to be done to rent it again and was surprised that the tenants had taken off without waiting for me to do a walk through with them. The flooring in almost every room was discolored, chewed, torn, and smelled of urine. The neighbors informed me they had been keeping three puppies in the home for the last six months.
