Won't fix any problems. Won't answer phone or come around unless he wants his rent. Hires people to fix things that are nasty and go to the bathroom right in the open. Places are nasty, roach infested, and he doesnt check the places after someone moves out and expects next tenant to clean it all. DONT RENT FROM HIM!
