The Complaint:
the adage, "misery loves company" definitely applies here. she is a micro-manager extreme. she will sit and watch people work and criticize and berate constantly. she thinks she's above everything and hardly ever has a nice thing to say about anyone. she doesn't treat her employees fairly and does everything possible to keep people intimidated and browbeaten. it's a militant environment and everyone kowtows to her to try and keep the peace as we work 12 hr shifts. she also does things at work that has been explicitly forbidden, like cell phones, certain jewelry, tattoos, clothing, sitting down...talking...smiling...
