Mega Gripe

This person thinks she knows all the laws regarding landlord and tenancy. She refuses to return damage deposits and charges tenants for her own neglect of the property she rents. The previous tenent was forced out to allow the next tenant a few days to arrange moving. Now she is trying to break a 6 month lease with her current tenants and makes threats that if the tenant does not move out breaking the lease she will have the sherriff evict them.
