The Complaint:
often moves into a house renting it and starts replacing things with out asking {then deducts it from the rent } most of the items are stolen ! he gets in on these rentals and him and his skanky wife hazel will trash up the place often leaving the landlord oweing several months of rent ! when they leave there wont be a spot 1 ft squre in the yard with out atleast 1 piece of trash in it ! they live in total squallor and go from landlord to landlord mouchin like this . hazel his wife often claims there christians ,but shes wanted by the law on many counts of bad checks .if u let them move in get the vaseline out your gona need it !
