The Complaint:
I moved into a property managed by The Realty Center in November of 2008. On Nov 3, 2008 I made a complaint that my fridge didn't work correctly, nor does my stove. There are birds living in the vent of the bathroom. I have made written complaints, verbal complaints. I am fed up to my eyeballs with the lack of management in place with the property. It is not right, isn't fair.
I am current on my rent and even if I wasn't you would think a person could have working appliances. The next step will be court I guess.
