jackie is the "mother" of my 10 y/o daughter. she abandoned her daughter when she was just 2 1/2 y/o. she contacts her daughter only when it is convenient to her. as of this date 3-29-09 she is $2000.00 behind in child support and has a warrant for her arrest in illinois for non-payment of child support.
