The Complaint:
BEWARE OF THIS GUY, HE IS A FRAUD. We have been renting his home for 2 years and he now has Foreclosed on his home, while still collecting rent from us. He will not put anything in writting, or be put on audio tape for evidence. He wants to come in and strip out the home(while we are living in it) and wants access to our home from the hours of 8am to 10pm to do this, without any notice. He was upset about us wanting to have scheduled times to monitor his removing of items, and decided to UNLAWFULLY KICK US OUT. See you in court SCAM ARTIST!!
