If you prefer to file an Mega Gripe Complaint via SMS (text message), please send it to this number: 95495. You must start your SMS with the keyword COMPLAINT and then proceed with whatever you want to put on Mega Gripe as you would usually write in a normal text message. Try not to put a "signature" under your SMS, which may cause it to be blocked by the system. Please note that Mega Gripe SMS Complaints are free for a limited time only. Try to use no more than 140 characters in your SMS - most of the cellular providers would split a larger SMS message into several and that way only the one message containing the keyword COMPLAINT at the beginning will record in our database. If you need more than 140 characters to express yourself, feel free to send us several massages, each starting with the keyword COMPLAINT.
