Complain over the Phone

If you want your voice to be heard - literally - you can record a Complaint over the phone. Please note that phone complaints are free for a limited time only and links to those complaints will be displayed on the page accessible right from the Home Page banner. Please state your name clearly prior to calling in with your complaint. No anonymous audio complaints will be published. All the audio complaints are subject to censorship for foul language and other unacceptable content prior to publication, and we reserve the right not to publish any of these complaints at our discretion. During the time of the free trial we reserve the right to reverse-lookup the phone number, from which the complaint originated and if that number is a public phone or it is registered to a person different to the one recording the complaint we reserve the right to not publish such complaint. The length of the audio complaint may be limited by our technology and complaints recorded from a poor cellular connection can be rejected.
